2. PREMIUM SPECIMEN CONTAINER

Our premium range of specimen container consists of 2 types:                                                                                                                            

  1. Boric Acid Specimen
  • Gamma Radiated Specimen Container

Boric acid acts a preservative for urine and is bacteriostatic, and eliminates the false positive results obtained with unpreserved specimens when delay before culture was more than 90 min during transport to the lab and the effect of the preservative lasted for up to 48 hours.

These containers include boric acid preservative which helps to maintain the microbiological quality of the specimen and prevents overgrowth of organisms during transport to the lab.

0.4 gm of Boric acid will be added in our container

 

Gamma radiated Specimen containers will be our second product of the premium specimen container category. As per the variety of our clients we will offer specimen containers which are gamma sterilized as they have certain advantages over the regular ETO sterilization.
